Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern your use of Grublette, a food and drink discovery app, and Grublette's restaurant enhancement service for restaurant and bar owners. By using Grublette or purchasing an enhanced listing, you agree to these terms.

Using Grublette as a diner

Grublette helps you decide where to eat and drink by searching real, nearby restaurants and bars and presenting them through a spin-the-wheel mechanic. Restaurant information (name, address, phone number, hours, rating, and price level) comes from Google's own data and is subject to change or inaccuracy outside of our control. Always confirm details like hours directly with a restaurant before relying on them, especially for time-sensitive plans.

Creating an account is optional and lets you save Favorites (organized by city, so you can find what's close by wherever you are), view your spin history, track a daily spin streak, and Grubvote your favorite spots. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Restaurant and bar enhanced listings

Restaurant and bar owners may pay a one-time fee to enhance how their listing appears on Grublette, including delivery links, social media links, a reservation link, and verified happy hour hours. This is a one-time fee per location, not a subscription, and does not expire on its own.

All enhanced listing purchases are final. There are no refunds. Before completing payment, you are shown exactly what you're purchasing, and the transaction is entirely optional. By proceeding with payment, you are confirming that you understand what you're purchasing and are choosing to complete the transaction as-is, with no expectation of a refund for any reason, including a change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or early discontinuation of your business.

Future edits to an existing enhanced listing (updated hours, links, or address) are available for a separate, smaller fee, as stated at the time of your original purchase or as otherwise communicated to you directly. Edit requests are verified against the email address used at original registration before being applied; requests that can't be automatically verified are reviewed manually before any change is made or payment is collected.

When a restaurant's business email matches a published listing, that account may see a Restaurant Dashboard with anonymous, aggregate interaction counts for their own listing (impressions and clicks by type). This linking happens automatically based on matching email addresses, not a separate approval step.

What we don't guarantee for enhanced listings

Multiple locations and bulk registration

Owners with more than 10 locations may submit a bulk inquiry instead of paying the standard per-location fee. Submitting a bulk inquiry does not create a payment obligation and does not guarantee specific pricing; final pricing for multi-location accounts is agreed upon directly between Grublette and the business.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Grublette, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false information through the restaurant signup process, or using the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Account termination

You can permanently delete your own account at any time from within the app, under your account menu. This removes your account, your Favorites, your spin history, and your Grubvotes, and cannot be undone. If you'd rather not use the in-app option, you can also request deletion, or simply stop using Grublette, by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Grublette is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep restaurant information accurate and the service running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy of third-party data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grublette is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Grublette's features change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Grublette after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are intended to accurately describe how Grublette actually operates today, including the no-refund policy for enhanced listings. They have not yet been reviewed by an attorney, and should receive that review before being relied on as a final, legally binding document, especially given real payments are being processed under them.
